Please place your orders in advance, as shipping delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

While we strive to ensure timely shipping, we cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

We recommend checking with the carrier for updates if your shipment is delayed.

If your order is being delivered through a company-hired delivery service and a delay occurs, the order cannot be canceled. Your package will still arrive within 24–48 hours of your original scheduled delivery date.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

If your order is damaged during shipping or you believe it is lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
